Self check-in steps

Unlock instructions
After booking, we will send the entrance password and check-in code via email or your booking site's messaging feature by the day before check-in.

Enter the building
Operate the unlock device installed on the left side of the hotel entrance to unlock the entrance and enter the building.

Self check-in procedure
Complete self check-in on the tablet in the lobby, following the on-screen instructions.

Room number & door unlock code
After completing self check-in, your room number and door unlock code will appear on screen. Please confirm the details and proceed to your room.

Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to occupancy. The fee is ¥2,000 per hour. Please contact us in advance if you would like either option.
Luggage storage
Before check-in and after check-out, you may use the luggage storage space in front of the 1F elevator. A chain and code lock are provided for your convenience.

¥15,000–¥35,000 (tax incl.)
The rates above are guide prices only. Our availability and rates are synced via Beds24 with jalan, Rakuten Travel, Booking.com, Expedia, and other booking partners. Rates vary by stay plan and party size, and a lodging tax may apply separately. Please confirm live availability and final rates on each booking site.
Payment methods
Payment is collected in full by credit card in advance at the time of booking. For refunds related to cancellation or date changes, please contact the customer support of the booking site where you reserved.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees vary according to each booking site's policy. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the accommodation fee.

Do you have parking?+
We do not have dedicated parking on site. If you arrive by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot.
Can I store luggage?+
Before check-in and after check-out, you may use the luggage storage space in front of the 1F elevator. A chain and code lock are provided for your convenience.
Is there a lodging tax?+
Depending on your rate and party size, a lodging tax may apply. If applicable, payment instructions will appear on screen during check-in. Lodging tax may be paid by credit card or PayPay. PayPay payments are available during staff hours only. If you wish to pay by PayPay, please contact us by email in advance.
Early check-in / late check-out?+
Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to occupancy. Fee: ¥2,000 per hour Please contact us in advance if you would like either option.
